"It is clean but could use a bit of updating. Employees are nice and friendly. People who live here say this area is not the best, but so far all is fine. "

"No towels in the room. A/C was so loud, the bed was literally shaking. There was a breakfast, but it needed a restock all around and there didn’t seem to be anyone there to handle it. "

"I cannot thank the staff enough. The service was amazing as usual. I always feel at 'home' here. From the first interaction to the last, the staff were incredible. Friendly, approachable and always happy to help.
I'm fortunate to travel around the world with work, but i can honestly say, the staff here are the friendliest.
THANK YOU for looking after me.

"We came in town for the George Strait concert and chose to stay at the Omni Severin. The staff was incredible, especially Freddie, he was awesome, very friendly and extremely helpful in getting us to our room and detailing things to do in the city. St. Elmo Steakhouse is a must. Our room was clean, comfortable and had a nice overview of the city. Lucas Oil Stadium is within walking distance of the Omni so we were able to valet our vehicle and walk to wherever we needed to go. Loved our stay here with one exception, The Severin Bar. We chose to eat dinner at the Severin Bar, ordered our food and waited over 1-1/4 hours for our meal (2 burgers and fries). People that ordered after us, had their food, ate and left before we got our food. Had I not asked about it, I think we’d still be waiting.
I don’t want this to take away from the rest of our stay as it really was amazing."
