Perfectly appointed beach view condo on Hilton Head's prime beach. Just steps to the ocean and walking distance to restaurants, shops, grocery and entertainment. Direct beach access on the property and walking distance to Hilton Head's new Celebration Park.

This villa features a new Queen mattress set that is very comfortable, new sleeper sofa in 2021and bunks for the kids. Best suited for a family of four. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals.

We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you. We offer initial grocery shopping that will be set up for you upon arrival for a fee of $35. We can also leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something.

Nice unit for two . Owner is great to work with. Only negative is the allowance of beach access on this property. People from across the street have beach access through this property. That causes the beach to be quite crowded .

A relaxing vacation
We had a very nice time! We had good communication with owner regarding our stay. Coligny Plaza was approximately a 12 minute walk from the condo complex. We also took advantage of the free trolley which you need to call ahead of time to get around. The drivers work for tips. The Sandbar Beach restaurant, Amigos Mexican and Watusi Restaurants were very good!!! The beach was a short walk from the condo.

We really enjoyed this property on our Anniversary trip!
My wife and I stayed here for our 40th Anniversary. It was everything the host said it would be. I was very clean and comfortable. The walk to the beach is under a minute because it's directly connected to the property! Most importantly, the host is very responsive, courteous, and helpful. We couldn't have asked for more from them.

We loved this property! It was exactly what was presented online and communication was great! It was quiet at night and close to anything we wanted to do... shopping, dining, beaching, etc. Having bikes was awesome....and very entertaining! The only thing we would change for next time is to select a condo on the end of the building facing the ocean. Location was still perfect for us and we would definitely stay here again!

Love Seaside Villas!
We’ve stayed with Kendall previously, in a different unit, and have had a good experience both times. The unit was clean and well stocked with plenty of storage. Our only reasons for giving 4 instead of 5 stars are that there isn’t any lighting in the living area other than the ceiling light and under cabinet lights, there are no working clocks and the green light on the smoke detector would blink periodically all night. These are small, mostly unimportant things, but maybe worth mentioning. And I feel that Kendall would have addressed the issues promptly if we’d notified her, but we didn’t feel it was necessary. We’d definitely stay with her again!

Great owners
This was our first experience renting a condo and we were a bit apprehensive, but all worked out well. We needed to tweak our original booking dates and fortunately the owners were able to accomodate us. We had a little problem locating the check in instuctions, but we did find them. Condo was exactly as described; small, but comfy. Adequate for our needs. When we arrived, elevator was not working and our unit was on the third floor. The owner had forgotten to notify us of this fact, but she compensated us for the error. A couple glitches at the beginning, but the owner was prompt and gracious with responses. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Thanksgiving in HH
Great location and nice place near the beach. The owner was very nice and even offered us an additional night since it was quiet over thanksgiving. We rode our bikes all over the island and dined out at several restaurants within walking distance. We would stay there again if we decide to visit HH again from surfside beach in SC.

The condo was perfect for our family of four. We were only there for one night, but it is a great location. Right on the beach and has outdoor showers to rinse off. Can see the ocean from the balcony. Easy bike ride to restaurants. Would definitely consider going again.

Exactly as advertised
You can walk to the beach in 5 mins or less without any issues, and to Coligny Plaza in 10-15 mins, so it's a great location (especially if you don't want to drive and get stuck in traffic). Condo was clean, A/C worked well, the pictures are accurate in terms of what to expect. It's cozy and definitely a "we're here for the beach!" spot, though the TV worked perfectly and Roku TV is on the set. A couple of very small things that could improve the experience: -Provide a box of tissues -A wine bottle opener is not functioning properly -Would be nice to have a brush to be able to hand-wash a couple of dishes since dish soap is provided. *Note for light sleepers:* The bed is located right next to the door to the hallway. For the most part, it was quiet during quiet hours (10 pm - I think 8 am), but you will get the occasional person talking, etc. which can make sleep difficult
