"Host was very communicative and check-in was easy. The space over the garage is nicely finished and the small kitchen area is adequate for a short stay. Not a fan of the barn door for the bathroom, because it doesn’t provide enough privacy. Would be nice to have bath soap provided. Overall, a good value."

"This booking was perfect for my friend and I who were in town for a mix of work and social. Location can not be beat! Walkable to shops and restaurants, right in the heart of it all. There is a great breakfast place on the first floor, and we ate there twice (Sippin Cow Cafe is the name). Clean space, two full bathrooms, easy nearby parking. Will be returning to Bluffton next year and will hopefully rebook."

"Great accommodations, very clean, locations is convenient to surrounding area. The golf cart was such a great bonus. Would stay in this location again as well as encourage others to stay here as well. Easy communication with host. Give it a try as you won't be disappointed!"

"The place was cute and good location. It is up a flight of stairs which with a suitcase was a bit challenging but doable. There is retail below but it did not bother us and proximity to shops and dining was great. During the day parking was a bit slim, but never at night. It was missing a few places to put your belongings (ie night stands or in the bathroom) and basically you live out of your suitcase with only a small area to hang clothes. its all about esthetics not practical. "The condo was in the perfect location! You could walk to grab coffee in the morning, do some shopping in the afternoon and enjoy an amazing dinner at night, all steps away! It was super clean and the perfect amount of space. I will rent here again next time I am in Bluffton."

"This condo is wonderful! My wife, daughter (16), and I were very happy with our stay. The condo is very nicely updated and had several amenities like beach equipment, bath towels, some extra cleaning supplies if needed. The balcony has an amazing ocean view, easy access to the beach, nice pool on site, and walking distance to Coligny. We will be booking here again in the future!"

"Perfect spot in the heart of old town Bluffton!!! The owner was very responsive to any questions we had, and the apartment had lots of clean and open space, and plenty of storage to hide our bags! The gorgeous balconies were my favorite … with relaxing rocking chairs to watch the activity in town! We will definitely be back 😊"

"When we say clean, we mean CLEAN. No curling your toes up in a shower that's gross. No sliding to the middle of the bed on a bad mattress, or sleeping under stained bedding. No washing clothes in a rusted machine. No dark windowless basement rooms. This place is brand NEW clean. There's a new front loading washer/dryer, dishwasher, and stove. The shower is spotless. The bed is comfortable. The whole apartment is light and airy and spacious. There's plenty of off street parking and the street is...

"The house is in a perfect location - very clean and the bed is comfortable. The place is a lot nicer in person than the pictures make it appear to be. We enjoyed our stay at C&N and would definitely stay here again!"

"The house was great and perfect for multiple families. There were a few small hiccups such as trash pick not happening the day it was supposed to so it still had the other guest’s trash and we ran out of room for ours but the response was almost immediate and the trash was picked up within less than an hour of us messaging! The area was also great. We had a group of 15 for reference and we all had plenty of room!"
