The other entrances were just open no security card needed to enter. They never cleaned our room when we were there for the weekend and didn’t leave towels either had to get towels everyday after first.

The service was amazing. The employees worked hard to make sure our needs were taken care of. The physical space is less than expected. No fan in the bathrooms, the bathtub/shower drain did not work, and the extra blanket was filled with mysterious holes. The walls are thin and you can hear everything in the hallways. Each time a door is shut, each person talking in the hall or even walking was enough to wake me up. The ac also makes loud booming noises every 30 minutes when it turns on/off. I fixed the ac by switching it to fan mode which made that aspect manageable. I would not stay here again because of the lack of physical upkeep and noise.

First time ever staying in a hotel with no fridge or microwave. Maintenance brought us a mini fridge thankfully but still blew my mind. Our bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and the front desk wasn’t a ton of help at points. I probably wouldn’t stay again.

Had to get a new key made almost every time we left the hotel (3 day stay). That was a little frustrating but otherwise it was fine. The doors between room and the hallway seemed very thin so you could hear anything that was happening in the halls.

Property is old and a bit run down. Staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Shower was difficult because hot was cold and cold was hot. Pillows are less than half the size of a normal pillow and all 3 didn’t fit the width of the double beds. Beds are quite uncomfortable. Facility is decent all in all, but not worth the nightly charge they’re asking.
