“This house has a great layout and two wings with bedrooms in each. The outdoor pool area is beautiful and peaceful, overlooking the bay. It is fully equipped with a wine fridge, glasses and all the amenities we needed. The only downside was the 9 min walk to seven mile beach (as advertised on vrbo) is across a busy highway with no crosswalks and we could not get to beach without incurring taxi costs.”

I emailed Craig and in less than 2 minutes, Roy was at the front door with the screwdriver.. Rum Point and Kaibo Bay are very convenient and have all the water activities, so you don’t have to travel to 7 mile beach. We took the water ferry from Kaibo to Camana Bay for dinner in George Town and enjoyed the ride and the full moon over the water. Would definitely stay here again!”

“This beautiful gem in the East End had everything we needed for a relaxing and much needed 40th birthday getaway! Positioned between Rum Point and 7 mile beach it gave us the ability to enjoy the entire Cayman island instead of just one small portion of it. We were able to locate the home by googling/mapping it ourselves. Communication with property managers was non existent via telephone. Our 3 kids loved searching for hermit crabs and swimming in the pool during downtime at the house. We loved the quieter northside of the island where this house is. “We had a group of 18 family members celebrating Thanksgiving at Seascape Villa for a week. Ages 5-73. The home is beautiful and you will not find a better location! The private beach area is perfect and idyllic. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out in the house and breathtaking views from every room and level. “We had a great time here. We loved how quiet it was . Maid service was excellent! Close to the beach. We had enough kitchen pots and pans to make breakfast with and enjoy it on the beach. The only thing I did not like it was we saw there were a lot of chairs being reserved and nobody at them. I know it’s not you. It’s a problem everywhere.
