“The description of property is right on. Very quite, large pond and of course 5 deer two geese rabbits (and a partridge in a pear tree LOL). Hot tub was great. Played with dogs in large shade area. Has three brooks that ran into pond. Inside has all you need and then some. Will stay again.”

“Wow! This is an amazing place, my 11 year old daughter liked it more than the house we stayed at in wintergreen last year, which was very nice! All of the appliances were state of the art, she really enjoyed drawing on the screen on the fridge. Steven was an amazing host, very kind and responsive! “My partner and I stayed here for a quiet New Years away. The breakfast in the morning was incredible, the hot tub was perfect during cold winter nights, and the cabin was perfect for just the two of us. We were missing a few things such as soap and a sponge to clean the dishes and a wine key but we left those as parting gifts on our departure. We are looking forward to coming back as soon as we can.”

“We wanted a weekend away with our adult children and spouses (no grands). This was the perfect getaway. The host was wonderful, property was great, home was as described! We lost power Friday afternoon through Saturday morning (10ish) but no problem as the house has a whole house generator! We had a wonderful weekend!”

“This was the ultimate destination for a romantic getaway. Secluded and quiet, we felt comfortable on the property and especially in the hot tub. Will definitely be going back often. Breakfast is AMAZING, delivered every morning to the cabin, caretaker is awesome to chat with!”

“It is an older home, fairly clean, but needs some updating. It has lovely sunsets and mountain views. Very quiet there. Floors make noise whenever walked on. Fireplace is none functional. But overall, it is a nice quiet retreat.”
