“1st time staying in any tiny home. This was cute!! It was just me. I did spend most time away, but i arrived late at night and the community is well lit, and i felt safe. Everyone that walked around was friendly and waved. The only negative i would give is there is no mirror. Sounds silly, but me being a girl, doing my hair or make up i used my phone camera lol. Other than that its a great place!!!”

“This property was even better than the description. Fred was so accommodating with checking in and any questions we had throughout our stay. The place was very clean and so nicely stocked with anything you would need. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for our needs and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. The pools were nice. There was no aggravating clean up to do prior to checking out. Would definitely return next time we are in the area!”

“February 13-17, 2024. Thank you for this little nook! Sheila and I enjoyed our time here imnensely! Some of the fun things we did during our stay: • Salty Sam’s, dolphin/wildlife adventure Cruise: have money with for drinks. Get there early! Especially if traffic is heavy, they won’t wait! • Kayak with manatees: outflow of warm water from the Tampa, electric power station, go with the expectation that you are kayaking, and MIGHT see a few manatees! • Parasailing off of Fort Myers Beach!……

“The cottage was quite unique being located directly behind the owners residence in a neighborhood. The unit was perfect for my wife and I during our 2 night stay. It was clean and well appointed with everything you would need for your stay. The decor was beachy and appeared to be professionally done. The grounds outside the cottage was very nice with multiple sitting area’s to enjoy cocktails or coffee. The 2 rocking chairs were a nice touch and relaxing while enjoying beverages in the morning……

“Put my parents up here while they stayed in neighborhood. It was everything we needed. The property was clean and comfortable. Living area, kitchen, dining area, little foyer, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, laundry area. The outdoor area was great. Overall, comfortable for 5 adults to hang out in. Owner was responsive and easy to reach.”

“My wife’s family lives in Florida - we live in Texas - once a year we come down for our son’s birthday - the house was perfect - the rooms accommodated us all - at one point 22 people spent the night comfortably - an incredible house -”
