"Everyone was so nice and accommodating. They were kind enough to give us a full upgrade of our room with a full ocean view after we found our toilet in the bathroom wasn’t cleaned and there was a leak in our ceiling. "

Complimented by the top notch service from their team and staff, there is nothing you can ask for but to wish that your stay could have been longer or that the experience will not end soon. The amenities are good and enough and I am sure could be better but the quality of service you get is what makes it standout and special. My words can not give justice to the whole experience so you must try it!!!. Shoutout to each and every member of their team for a job very well done. El hotel organiza las actividades de tal manera que estamos solos, sin gente, en lugares con paisajes. espectaculares. Ademas el snornel en la playa del hotel es increíble. También puedes coger un kayak para ir a preciosas playas, cuando ya se han ido los tours y estar solo. Una maravilla "
