“地點四周圍乾淨有商場食肆， shopping冇乜選擇，酒店不算很新淨，廁所毛巾感覺有點舊，這一區街道不能抽煙的，在酒店旁邊畫了一個吸煙區。全幢酒店房間不能抽煙，如被發現者罰款一萬元披索。”

“The hotel is located at an excellent location, with fantastic views of the Taal Lake and the volcano. The food in the restaurant is great, and the service is generally very good. The nearby area also has many nice places to eat, but they mostly require a little bit of walk. Due to the much cooler weather up there than that in Manila, people flock into the area for the weekends, but that also means the pool may be a bit too cold to enjoy a swim… Overall, I would say it was a very nice stay……

“1.location is pretty convenient. around 5-10 mins to SM mage mall by walk. 2.room is so clean. they take it very professional. 3.facilities in gym are very various and fulfill my need in excercise. 4.breakfast is good but so so. 5.dinner in lounge is affordable and very convenient for biz tourist if they are back late. In general this is a very good hotel in Manila metro. and good for business trip.”

“Very nice hotel”

“It was a satisfied journey with the beaches, food and service. We stayed for 3 nights and still feel like taking more days relaxing. The food was really nice as well. However, since we can only stay in the resort for meals, restaurant's menus are the highly similar, and we get tired of having pizzas and pasta last day. And also the food are a bit over price. Also, everything cost extra was a bit unpleasant, i.e. towel rental/ lockers. But overall a very nice experience staying over. Glad to……

“We chose this accommodation since it's close to the places we wanted to check out. The check-in process was very easy and fast, the room accommodation was great and spacious. The window doesn't have any view, but it didn't really affect the overall experience. It was a wonderful weekend to sum it up! ”

“房間跟照片不一樣, 而且房間沒有插頭,手機無法充電, 冷氣機很大聲, 好像戰車一樣, 早上在走道碰到服務生 請他幫忙清理房間換浴巾，結果服務生居然說 沒有這種服務 態度好差啊! ”

“I was ecstatic to stay here until I opened the door to the apartment provided. It was infested with roaches. It was on the floor, on the bed on the walls. It was absolutely disgusting. I attempted claim a refund but obviously we know how the world works.. although expedia, as a company you have the power to remove a property from your sites. At this point if i cant get my money back at least save someone else from this hell hole”
