“Staff is amazing”

“酒店环境超好，唯一不足的是所属酒店的出租车太贵，比较别的酒店的司机来接的都贵。去镇上要12刀，我叫baild的酒店来接都只要10刀”

Having 2 dining options on site was super convenient, although we enjoyed the dinner options at the bar far better than the restaurant. The complimentary breakfast at the restaurant was amazing with multiple options…loved the omelette and the coffee was top tier. The farm located on site was really……

“Me and my partner travelled from London England. Beautiful accommodation with stunning grounds. Bed was very comfortable and staff were very attentive to detail. They gave us extra pilllows, an abundance of towels and even gave us a fully stocked mini bar that was free for our use. Loved my time there and will definitely be recommending to others. ”

“I arrived later night, the front desk person was called by knocking the door to process my room. Unfortunately they said there is no king size bed which I paid for. I had to sleep since next early morning had meeting,so no time to complain for 2 queen beds. Next day I asked again for king size, they changed my room to king size room. The room is good, only One noise of window. Other then that 2 issues, everything was perfect.”

“Everything was amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such good service. The only thing I would say can be much better is the food. For the such high prices you have to pay to eat, the food is not up to par. ”

“I loved the views this property gave! The room was basic but clean. But the VIEWS were everything! I loved the fact that they had a hiking trail on property, it was a good distance trail that gave a decent workout. We didn't eat at the restaurant but the drinks were good. The pool is well kept but there wasn't a pool bar like it advertised. Definitely would need a car to get anywhere since it's located about 30 minutes from most activities. I would stay again just for the views and peaceful……

“非常棒的酒店，环境一流、服务一流，尤其是餐厅的饭非常好吃。我们之前在La Fortuna另一家非常高档的酒店呆了几天，但是饭不怎么好，没法与这里比。建议去亚洲餐厅试一下，我们喜欢Wok，但注意他的炒米饭油太大，我们第二顿要求少放油结果很好。早上免费瑜伽也很好。住在这里也有温泉的tour，好像比直接住温泉酒店便宜。服务员都是帅哥靓妹。”

“The shower water was not even warm… had to be adjusted by maintenance . Also the front staff was not very friendly. Lastly room is hot when you enter always have to turn air on. It would be good if they update to tv that allows you to cast. I speak only English and works like to be able to watch tv during stay. The best part of the hotel is the food! It was very good and the staff was very helpful & kind. ”

“Very good hotel for the price. The staff were helpful and friendly, the hotel is nice and safe and has great views of the volcano. The breakfast options are good and large to set you up for the day. Would definitely recommend for people wanting to stay in La Fortuna. Was definitely nice to have so many restaurants on the doorstep. ”

“This was a great base to explore the Arenal area, close to the hot springs and waterfall, and several great dining options nearby. The units are basic but clean and well kept.”
