When we arrived nothing was said about the pool being broken and there was no signs posted anywhere. I booked this hotel specifically for the pool for my daughter. When we got to our room and got settled we tried to go swim but the water was still and absolutely freezing. I asked the girl at the front desk and she said the water is warm it’s a heated pool. I let her know it’s freezing and she said she would come look. We sat by the pool for 10 mins and no one came to look. So I went back and this time is was a different girl at the desk and she said yeah they know maintenance was waiting on some part. I asked why wasn’t that posted or mentioned when checking in and she said she just found out. A lady at the pool reading a book told me last night she had complained it wasn’t heated so I doubt this was the first time they knew about it. I asked to be refunded for my nights so that I could take my daughter to a hotel that has a pool. The lady said I could email her manager but I wouldn’t hear back for awhile. I asked her if she could just call her manager and she went to the back and did. She said I would have to stay the night and I could talk to her supervisor tomorrow. I went back to my room with my very disappointed daughter and found out we couldn’t connect to the WiFi. Our room must have just been in a bad connection area cause my phone connected elsewhere in the hotel. In the end the supervisor the next morning refunded my remaining nights but disappointed for sure
