Upon arrival for a 5 night stay to celebrate my daughter’s birthday we were super excited but that started changing rapidly. There is no sort of ventilation, even fans, in shared spaces such as the reception and restaurants. The food in the buffet was really bad and constantly with flies on it. Towels were not replaced unless you called for it, bathroom shower dirty…just disappointed.

It is VERY HOT inside the cave!!!! Wear light clothes and take water. You can also purchase at the site water/drinks
