“The place itself it nice and clean and well stocked, close to the beach and all necessities. The two things I did not like are; The house has a circular driveway and the owner parked their Tesla to charge right in front of the entrance of the unit so every time we had to go anywhere we had to back out our car on a circular driveway which was a pain, it's ok if you had to do it once but if you have to do it a few times a day it becomes annoying very fast trying to maneuver out of a circular……

“It was a beautiful, private space. The location close to so much. The owner communication was great-very comprehensive and always very timely. I loved that the room included a book with lots of information and suggestions. The Amenities were amazing - bicycles with locks, kayaks with a cart and instructions, cold drinks, washer/dryer, etc. My only frustration was that the listing did not mention more clearly that it was on the second floor.”

“My new husband and I stayed at the guest house for a week on our honeymoon. We had both never been to the Sarasota/Anna Maria Island area, and were blown away with how beautiful it was. This stay is perfectly located 10 min from downtown Sarasota, and about 30-50 min from Anna Maria Island and Siesta Key. We were able to try out different beaches, and enjoy the activities in Sarasota. LaVeda was the perfect host. We couldn’t have asked for better communication or hospitality. Her guest house……

“Great location, close to the airport”

“We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A/C worked great, we slept comfortably. There isnt a dishwasher, but it has everything needed to cook whatever you want.”

“Like access to the restaurant and pool. Been 2 years in a row. Very clean, and staff was great! Both years parade people took over the pool. Unfortunately, rules were not followed in the pool area. ”

“This room was comfortable for myself and my two children 9 and 7. The beds were comfortable and new. The sheets didn’t stay on the mattresses very well though. The dresser and nightstand had more than adequate storage space for clothes for a week. Mugs, cups and silverware were available and a large refrigerator. The location was easy to access beaches and stores nearby. The tiki bar is delicious and we tried several food items and they were great. The service was fairly slow whether it was busy……

“Property was fine. There were hangers but no rod to hang them on. Also, no real place to hang wet towels. The shower doors do not really keep the water from leaking out and soaking the floor around the toilet. Other than these couple small things, the room was good. WiFi was pretty bad but not anything the owners can do about that.”

“This boutique inn was the perfect little place for my wife and me as we celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary. The place was very clean. The pool/hot tub was at ideal temperatures. Beach chairs are available to use & if you need some ice for your cooler, there is complimentary ice in the upstairs freezer. Which is great as the sugary sand beaches of Bradenton Beach is a couple of blocks away. In regards to dining, there are restaurants and bars on Bridge Street..everything closes at 10 PM. The……

“María Trim’s communication was exceptional. The entire boutique inn was absolutely excellent. It was very clean and modern. I loved the upstairs game room and the rooftop with a spectacular view and chairs to relax with a beautiful view. It was, also across the street from the beach and near restaurants and shops. I highly recommend staying here.”

“Cozy and perfect for a weekend getaway”

“We spent an entire month at Nigel and Simone‘s cottage. it was simply wonderful, an experience we will treasure for the rest of our lives. The cottage is cozy, comfortable, clean, and completely welcoming. The term “premier host” is sometimes used a bit too casually. Nigel and Simone are simply the best hosts we have encountered in our extensive travels. There were a few very minor issues that needed attention, mostly because we’re not so great at handling new equipment. But Nigel was always……

“First of all creative writing class was taken when she wrote the description. Then on top of what you pay she hits you up for more for the generator that may or may not get filled daily. The owner of the star fish company told us thawe needed to take their number with us because they have had to rescue several people from this hosts unsafe conditions on her boats. Then when you refunded me for my stay she has been harassing me stating I owe her money and the I trashed her boat which is a lie we……

“We did not get the boat we book that is shown above, very small boat with no water, no tender boat as promised to get back and forth to the boat. The owner would not respond in a timely manner, unable to get back to the boat for approximately 5 1/2 hours. Was offered another boat but by then we were done, we waited all day to get our belongings, We parked at the place that was told to us, a place where all the fishermen parked when they were gone for days only to find we had a 75.00 ticket the……
