The staff was excellent. So nice and accomodating. English was spoken, so it made it easier for me as my Spanish is very bad. Great pool, clean and beautiful grounds. Very safe area, and quiet. In a nice residential area. Will be back for sure.

Great location right on the beach. It’s like a block away from a main avenue that has lots of stores and restaurants. There were 2 issues we had with this stay. The main issue was they didn’t give us the room that we paid for through Expedia. We paid for the sea view room and they gave us a partial sea view. Their explanation was that Expedia doesn’t list the rooms properly. We did agree to another room. They did not offer a refund for the price difference I paid for that room. 2nd issue was the brown blankets are thin and don’t cover the bed enough. The AC works extremely well you may need to keep it low.

I wasn’t expecting much from this property but was pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent, food options were great. Our room had a peek a boo view of the ocean. Those that say this place isn’t on the water probably got put in building 4. I would definitely go back.

The rooms are very old and tired - could do with an upgrade. Food was nice but the same. Cleanliness is excellent. Beach was amazing. Entertainment was fun and the outside bar and seating area was great for us. All in all had a great time.

"Very nice hotel in a great location. Good for family with loft style room. Parking is nice and safe. However, it’s right next to a casino and there is music blasting until 4am… earplugs should be provided to all guests!"
