"The extra space in the room with kitchenette was fantastic for our ladies weekend. Lots of vanity space and separate toilet made for easy sharing. Classic hotel, beautiful old building. The breakfast is excellent "

"I really liked the view from the room of the waterfront and part of the river. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was convenient to the art institute. We did the architectural river boat tour which was fabulous and starts just across street. I did wind up having to pay $84 per night parking and $25 per night tax. I was given a $25 per night food credit which i was able to use at any of the hotel’s dining venues including their store."

"Traveling with a 5 year old, we felt safe all the time. The majority of the staff was really friendly and they were quick to come repair the hotel safe that wasn’t locking. The only downside was that it would have been more convenient if they would offer room service and not have to go pick up at the restaurant on the 4th floor. "

"Very friendly staff, clean room and halls, excellent location. Sufficient breakfast buffet, limited fruit choices. As in all downtown hotels windows closed; air conditioning was working well."

"Stayed 1 night, check in was smooth and customer service very kind and personable. Beds are comfortable, toiletries are full-size and already in the shower, which is super convenient. We did hear the sirens from the fire station, but once asleep, it never woke us up. The only negative we had was the breakfast."
