“It was suite 2 rooms 2 queen beds one sofa bed easily accommodate family of six. 2 bathrooms. It’s spacious. The main disadvantage was the floor not clean. Need to have footwear. The AC was working good but little bit loud.”

“We stayed 3 nights. The room was pleasant and the breakfast good. I used the pool each day, pretty much had it to myself. Gator land, Universal Studios and Cape Canaveral all within easy reach. Restaurants and shops nearby too.”

“The room was clean, the property is well maintained. The staff is very friendly and polite. My only complaint would be the amount of towels. We had 2 towels in the room. The first night we did hear everything around... the room next to us made noise and we could hear clearly everything.”

“So my girlfriends and I stayed for one quick night,which was perfect for one night because just a heads up the air conditioner is not cool in the living room. There is a air conditioner in the bedroom which gets really cool. The bed in the bedroom and the pullout sofa bed were both memory foam which were nice. The small apartment was cute and clean,very nice decor!”

“Hubby had a fishing tournament nearby the stay was nice check in went well there is pretty good places in area for food and drink that was close within walking distance”

“We had a wonderful stay! Cheryl and Eric were beyond kind and welcoming upon our arrival and showed us all around the guesthouse. They were very helpful and very quick to respond via messaging, but not intrusive at all, as we never saw them during our stay. The guesthouse was fun and ecclectic and a wonderful space. We were in town for th Olympic Marathon Trials so we parked the car and then were on foot throughout the weekend. Its such an amazing location to be able to walk everywhere! Quiet...
