"Awesome well kept older country home. We stayed at the Tucker Family Farm for two (2) nights for the GHSA High School Bass Fishing Tournament on Lake Hartwell. It is about 15 minutes from Broyles Boat Ramp, 15 minutes from Lake Hartwell Fishing and Marine Store and about 25 minutes from the Tugaloo State Park Mega Ramp. The cottage has a covered free-standing carport to keep a single boat covered from the weather and two (2) outdoor receptacles (75 foot power cord needed) for charging your boat....

"Beautiful , Unique , Peaceful , Country farm experience ! The quarters were clean and nicely decorated . It is actually the private downstairs of their large , beautiful home .We loved the fireplace in the evenings . The very nice owners were a pleasure to meet and very responsive and accommodating . We have new friends now ! They offered us a tour of the farm with horse stable and 9 horses at the time , goats that they milked , chickens that they harvested eggs from , cats , dogs and puppies...

Duck Farm is a cozy, clean, and comfortable house peacefully and privately nestled in a wooded setting, with the duck pond just steps away from the front door. The beds are very comfortable, and every room in the house is completely furnished with every possible thing a guest would need and want. It was a wonderful place to stay during our time in the Greenville area."

"This property was ideal for what we needed. Our son graduated VCOM with multiple ceremonies and we need a place we could all convene and celebrate. Proximity to downtown Spartanburg was ideal, and the space lent privacy to a small family gathering after the ceremonies. I had the party catered, but was able to host an intimate family style dinner celebration. The hot water was plentiful for showers and such. Beds were comfortable and inviting. "We thoroughly enjoyed this rental! The house was very clean, just the right size and about 30 min from the beach! The beds were very comfortable and I loved that the house was not overly cluttered. The pool and backyard space was perfect. The owners were so friendly and able to get when we had questions. This house was also well equipped for all our cooking needs down the spices and little welcome snacks! We can’t wait to come back!"

Grass needing cutting when we arrived on Monday.Next day informed owner we we’re having a graduation cook out on Thursday anyway it could get completed by then (said on his list. He’s there everyday to feed a few animals.)A crew shows up at 8 am SATURDAY morning. Cute farmhouse needs a repair around sink in kitchen ( hoped to add pictures) Cleanliness was good with exception of few things,out-of-date pantry items, dirty ice bin,mice droppings kitchen...

The host is a very sweet lady who made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The home is in the country but just a few minutes drive to shopping/restaurants."

"Property is renovated and in a nice country setting. Overall, it was clean with a few areas needing some help. The listing showed a hot tub, but there isn't a hot tub on the property, and we noticed later there isn't one in the pictures. Overall, a nice rental with an accessible, friendly host. Perfect place for a large get together with family and friends."
