The layout of the rooms is great for larger families or multiple families travelling together since there are separate bedrooms, multiple baths and a full kitchen. Friendly and accommodating staff. “My wife and I enjoyed our mini-vacation anniversary getaway at The Surf! Although it was self-service, they were available by phone to resend my code. We definitely would stay again, and if I had to make one suggestion, it would be a stronger WiFi because we were not able to watch tv without frequent buffering. Other than that, we definitely enjoyed ourselves.”

Algunos empleados no muy serviciales
"La persona que me atendió que nos hizo el primer check in (una persona afroamericana bien flaquita, no recuerdo su nombre) ni nos saludó, nos atendió de mala gana y estábamos haciendo fila y atendió a otros primero, y cuando nos atendió fue con mala predisposición y ni siguiera nos dio las pulseras para la piscina, se las tuve que pedir yo. Luego la otra señora que nos atendió cuando pedimos cambiar de habitación sí fue amable"
