"This is a great condo and awesome location. Everyone, from the Manager, on-site facility team, and transportation are top notch. One of the people in our travel party was getting work done at Cancun Dental Specialists and they were directly across the street. I recommend it to anyone traveling with a group of folks."

Great communication with concierge and easy direction/instructions for check in and accessing the room. Cons: shower has zero water pressure and trickles out. Minimal hot water. The shower/toilet area is extremely small and tight. The cleaning is very surface and I had to sweep the floor upon arrival as the floor was covered with hair, sand, dirt. "We stayed for 9 nights and loved every minute. We loved waking up to the sunset and seeing the full moon shine down on the water at night. Spectacular views. We made one trip by bus to the Selecto grocery on the first day for some breakfast and snack items and ate at the onsite restaurant and 19.5 across the street for many lunches and dinners. "SRA Elena was very accomidating and has a wonderful condo in Mayan paradise. The beach was wonderful and Jose keeps the grounds, pool, and beach clean. Everything was top notch and was a real treat for a first class getaway. The kids loved the pool and slept well in the airconditioning. Thank you for having us!
