“Staff couldn’t have been more welcoming. Food in the pub was fantastic (seafood chowder & bread, summer risotto), and the atmosphere was just what you’d want and expect in an Irish pub. “Karen was very helpful through the entire reservation process and always expedient in her replies. As soon as we arrived at the Mews House, everything was clean and immaculately organized. “Stephen and Maria were at the door to great us on our arrival which was an an excellent way to make us feel very welcome after a long day of travel. Helped us with our luggage and showed us to our room. Stephen explained everything about the area, how to get there and the best places to eat. My wife and I felt very comfortable indeed. Spacious room with no lift access
"The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. It was also quite noisy facing the main street while windows needed to keep open for ventilation with no air con available. "
