“;Charlie was right there to meet us with a smile. We toured the cabin and he gave us check in and out information. The setting is just beautiful, The little creek that runs just behind the cabin is so peaceful to sit by. Enjoyed out beer and wine out there. Charlie was available if we needed him, which we did not, except for directions to places. Would definitely recommend this cabin.”

“The cabin was 12 miles up the mountain from the highway. Be aware that you are staying in the mountains , beautiful but you need to be cautious. Centrally located , we drove to Boulder , Golden, Idaho Springs but made sure we were back before nightfall. The cabin is nice , a bit smaller than the online pics show but very clean and stocked with extra towels, toilet paper etc. the two bedrooms are pretty tight and the loft is NOT for adults , very steep climb up. We were given the wrong entry code...

“This property is in an amazing, off the beaten path location in Estes Park, but only a ~10 minute drive from downtown. The location as serene and quiet and the property was immaculately clean and the house was endlessly interesting to explore! The theater room was also extremely comfortable and the sound system was incredible to watch movies on. I would absolutely stay at this property again.”

“This cabin was perfect for our family of 5 plus a dog! We loved it. Beds were very comfortable, house was well-maintained and stocked. I really loved that there was only one TV which was in the main family room. I always bring our own food and cook when we go on trips to get away. Kitchen was great; loved the picnic table positioned in the extended room facing the glass sliding door. We spotted a handsome fox in the yard while eating dinner. We enjoyed seeing deer and a moose strolling/grazing...

“We love Nederland. It’s the cutest mountain town and this was hands down our favorite property that we’ve stayed at. We could walk to all the Main Street restaurants, shops. We LOVED sitting by the creek and listening to the water, the cabin was well maintained with everything we needed and the hot tub was a great addition and clean! We will be back to Nederland and this will be the first place we look for availability.”

“I wanted some time in a cabin, in the mountains. It was quiet. My friend and I enjoyed the peace and making a fire to warm up. It was far enough away from Boulder to get out of the city , but also close enough to hang out in city. Overall, great stay. The driveway into the property is steep. Luckily I drove carefully, but a little heads up to be careful driving in should be stated, as there is a cliff with no guardrail. We returned when still daylight out for this reason. We are not...

“We had a wonderful stay at this cabin in Peaceful Valley. The cabin was exactly as stated and was very clean. The owner and property manager were prompt with communication as well as extremely kind and attentive. The double bed is just off the kitchen downstairs and the rest of the beds are upstairs. Also, as others have mentioned, we also saw the local moose (from afar) and it was amazing. We have some great pictures of it as well. We would highly recommend choosing this cabin and this area...

“The location of the property was perfect for us - close proximity to Boulder while being far enough to be peaceful, quiet, and without much light pollution at night (great for stargazing and photography). Wildlife visits every day/night - turkeys, hummingbirds, and a family of deer slept just below the back deck one night. The place was not at all spotless (nor was the extra bedding), which begs the question of these hefty cleaning fees. Felt private (no in-person communication with upstairs owners) and we appreciated the laundry. BUT, the huge double fridge in the kitchen hummed ceaselessly, and the stairs to the owner's upstairs home created a sense of feeling like we were just staying in...
