Small but well designed rooms. Very quiet - a solidly built old hotel. No in-room coffee-making facilities but the downstairs kitchen worked well. The bar was closed while we were there (Sunday & Monday nights), which was a shame. Right next door to a great grocery store with restaurants and cafes easily walkable.

The Copley Square Hotel is a great place to stay with an ideal location. The hotel is clean, the service is helpful, and the rooms are cozy. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Boston. This location is conveniently located near many Boston highlights, such as the Boston Public Library and Newbury Street. It is a short walk from public transit that can take you anywhere you need to go in the city. I would stay here again.

Property’s located fairly close to a lot of attractions. Be warned however for the parking situation, if you have a car. We were unaware that the only solutions for parking were either: valet ($65 a day) or a public garage a block down the road ($42 per night). I wish there were vouchers for this provided by the hotel. The area was clean, the valet man was rude, and decent location.

The Copley Hotel was an excellent location in Back Bay. The hotel was clean and the staff helpful (somewhat). I wish that they would have greeted customers when they came in and left the hotel. Everything around the hotel is so convenient!
