"No carts at 8pm, no extra kleenex or paper towels. I called the front desk, the girl said we would have to walk to the front office, which is from one end of the hotel, to the other end, mind you, after making 2 extra trips to the car in 90 degree weather and haven driven all day. Many hotels we have visited in the last 20 years will go that extra mile when they are by themselves but not this hotel, or the girl is just lazy. "Great service and property. It has 2 floors and this it lacks an elevator. I stayed in the first floor and our room faced the pool and had a nice outdoor space. Very clean. The one thing that didn’t suit me was the softness of the mattress. I’m used to former mattresses and that made sleep difficult for me. But otherwise a great pick "
