Overall was a pretty good stay. The staff was nice and check in was pretty quick for the most part. It wasnt loud or noisy, nobody bothered you. It was also nice that it was located off of a busy road. The only negatives that i would say is that the gym area could have been kept up and cleaned a little better along with the pool and a lot of the ice machines werent working so we would have to goto different floors to get ice. It also would have been nice if the inside restaurant/bar was open a bit later, but that wasnt really a big deal because there were lots of places close by. Other than that it was a pretty nice and relaxing experience and would probably stay again.

We had some issues with housekeeping, at first it seemed like the room hadn't been properly cleaned after the past guest, there were some crumbs on the floor and on the chair and we had to request the sheets be changed. They came to the room and made the bed instead of changing the sheets so we had to ask again. However, once they came upstairs the second time, the housekeeping staff was very helpful and kind! The front desk staff was also nice, but Skip was especially helpful. We had a flat tire and Skip genuinely tried to help us change the tire and even guided us to the closest tire replacement shop even though he didn't have to. He truly has a hospitality heart and went above and beyond to help us, making our stay here much more pleasant. Skip definitely deserves a raise!! Overall, this is a great value hotel and I felt comfortable seeking help from the staff. I would definitely return.

Nobody smiled or greeted you when you approached the front desk. Didn’t get my VIP perks. Toilet didn’t flush well; had to be flushed several times and at times would not fill up the tank. Shower didn’t work properly, water kept coming from faucet and filled up tub because the drain switch was broken. The wall paper in the bathroom was peeling off the wall. Otherwise very clean property.

I like the area to convenient around. I didn't like the bed was dirty, we got a bomb and very itchy all night. The room is ok but, the price is too much for the room because no bottle water for drink and make a coffee. I asking the front desk at 10.10 am. to get some water at the breakfast room because their close at 10. But employees keep said the breakfast room close at 11am. I don't want a foods just asking for a water fill into my bottle container for take a allergic pill but they said you're late go to buy at the gift shop! I can buy but, how they said!! Not recommend to stay here!!!

Second time staying here in less than a month and I’ve got nothing but good things to say. I’m normally a Marriott chic, but I must admit I have grown a sincere appreciation for this hotel and will probably make this our go to place to stay going forward. Very nice and clean hotel, near countless places to eat and shop, quiet and wonderful views. I’m extremely satisfied with our visit.

We checkin it was busy because of the holiday.. The reception at that time was not great. For the first 3days we stayed on the 4th floor. The 4th floor maybe in the past was a smoking floor. You can smell the smoke in halls and room.. We meet a new reception young lady name Nellie on our 4th day a requested to move to another level.. She was very nice and compassionate to our needs. We’re now staying on the 14th floor with a city view. The room is nice and clean. This young lady should be accommodated for her excellent customer service. I give her five stars.

Check-in was easy, the room was out dated but the lobby area was nice. Shower was not cleaned called front desk to see if we could change rooms and was told the hotel was sold out for the evening, so no rooms were available to change. The air conditioning did not cool the room properly!! Our family wasn’t use to staying in a room of this condition!

The location was great. There is a great selection of dining options in the surrounding area. The elevator situation was less than optimal. It seemed like at times only one elevator out of four was working which caused long wait times for guests to use an elevator.
