"This place is pretty special. It is a small, low key resort. My son wanted to stay close to the pool, so we stayed in a standard room. The room wasn't great. The beds were hard, it could use a refresh, the air conditioner was loud, and there was no soundproofing. If we had picked one of the bungalows or treehouses, I likely would have given the place 5 stars. It is a nice alternative away from the hustle and bustle of La Fortuna but still close to lots of attractions. "

Having 2 dining options on site was super convenient, although we enjoyed the dinner options at the bar far better than the restaurant. The complimentary breakfast at the restaurant was amazing with multiple options…loved the omelette and the coffee was top tier. The farm located on site was really cool with an assortment of animals…I loved the goat! The staff working the farm were so cool…Alejandro took us out the point out a couple of sloths. The location is perfect and so close to all the activities in the area, the staff will arrange outings for you and pick ups right on site. Definitely a 5 star experience!"
