"We absolutely love everything about this property! It's conveniently located about 5 minutes from the airport, about a 5 minute walk to the grocery store, the beach and many nearby restaurants. There is a beautiful lap pool and also, an area for the kids to enjoy pool time. There are restaurants on-site, Soga with a bar and Sobao, in case you don't feel like leaving the hotel. "I'll just start off by saying " you pay for what you get" this place is steps away from the beach, has car rental services across the street and another one down the road, many souvenirs shops, bars, restaurants, market store and walgreens 8mins away from SJU airport and free hotel parking. It's a 10/10 for location. However the hotel itself is run down. always an elevator thats out of services the floor is unleveled the buttons would stick, Room is ice cold which is great with the heat....

The folks at the front desk were efficient and helpful.
