"All the staff were very courteous and attentive. The location was very good for reaching all the major attractions in Rome. We would have preferred to have access to a bar without the need to have a meal. Tourists should be vigilant with regard to pick pockets on the metro. My wife and I nearly became prey to this but fortunately my wife was alert to the danger. Overall, we were very pleased we chose this hotel. "

"The staff was fantastic amd very nice and helpful. I loved the location and the size of the room. My only complaint is rhat the carpet of iur room was really old and had stains. Foe a five star hotel i was surprised that Westin with such a big name in the hotel industry would allow the carpet to be so dated. I hope they fix this ASAP or trhy will definitely lose customers. Otherwise the staff and also the breakfast was really nice. "

Every step you take there is someone there helping you from booking a taxis, booking tours, making you feel welcome and relaxed. "Great hotel at a great location, conveniently located in front of a subway station and right next to a "Hop On Hop Off" bus stop if you are touring the city. One minor detail is that if you get a room with a terrace, you can hear guests from other rooms when they are in the terrace area. This was not a problem for me because the other guests were great and kept the noise to a minimum, but it could be a problem if you are looking for a super quiet room."
