“The staff really sucks, I could check in at 4pm, I came in at 9pm and they told me the room wasn't ready just the twin beds and they didn't know when it would be ready. I said it's not my problem, you need to fix it, and the front desk said it's not her problem, and the service at this hotel is really bad.”

“We stayed on the top level suite and it was absolutely superb! It was amazing to have a little bit more space all to ourselves so we were able to get some groceries and coffee and just hang out. Victoria‘s hospitality was above and beyond and really gave you the layout of the city right when you got there. The property was perfect for walking around and getting out and about in A surrounded by a ton of amazing restaurants, restaurants. We will definitely be coming back!”

“This place is true to its name!! Cozy and chic. I came with my boyfriend and another couple and had plenty of space to move around and not feel tight. Downtown is only about a 10 minute drive and the manager was very polite over the phone ”
