“Well, first we have not stayed at the Knotts Berry Farm hotel since all of the renovations have been completed, but I am really glad that we did. The room was very reasonable rate. The room was absolutely gorgeous and very nicely done. I will say that the water pressure in the bathroom is absolutely terrible, however everything else was fantastic and every single person we had at the 30 acres restaurant every single person we had as a waiter or waitress there was just absolutely amazing! “For the cost the food options are far too limited. Greater attention needs to be put into dining and water should not be $4 considering how old the pipes are. Who wants to drink this tap? Rooms at $400 plus with old pipes should come with complimentary bottles of water in them. The dining was also so limited and we could hardly find anywhere that would deliver to the ship.”

“Love love this hotel it was clean the staff were nice we will definitely be back!!”

“When we checked into this hotel, besides the bedsheet and shower, we hardly touched anything in the room. We brought our own shampoo, body wash, comb, towels, toothbrush, and toothpaste. We only used one towel from the room, and we returned the key card and parking card in perfect condition. I'm not sure why the hotel deducted $33.93 from my deposit after we checked out. This deserves a negative review! ”

“My family are Disneyland pass holders and we stay here a couple times a year. The transportation to the parks is so easy and the breakfast buffet is exactly what we need to start our day”

“The frontdesk Michael shows extreme hospitality and professionalism. The hotel environment is quiet. Parking is very convenient.”

“入住時飯店搞錯訂房資訊，因此花了點時間，還要我自己打電話回台灣跟Hotels.com 確認？最後飯店發現自己錯誤，就冷一句sorry結束!另外，廁所半夜有異味飄出⋯空調聲音會突然很大聲（可能是暖氣的關係，但有點大聲！優點是離迪士尼門口很近！”

“Clean & Beauty place. Poor customer service. Total reserved for 3 nights. On the first day, the front desk guy promised me I can stay in the same room for 3 nights. Unfortunately, they asked me to change the room on the third night. They need me to check out before 11AM and re-check in after 4PM. Very uncomfortable for us. It took more than half hour to solve it. Wasted our pleasure time in Disney :( ”
