“The place was ok”

“I love this place but 2 dinette chairs are weak 1 handle almost fall off we did screw tighten up, laundry room full bulk blanket and etc hasn’t remove , the tv remote all batteries already dead we replace new batteries, bathroom toilet seat are loose we fix it completed in the back room I think #4 Window blind already damaged and there is no toaster in kitchen we would rent us. Again in future the place is so beautiful and thanks”

“The property is in good spot downtown with several shopping and food options nearby. It was our first time in the city and navigating from the garage was simple.”

“It was a total disaster getting in to the place especially after an 8 hour drive. The road was closed and under construction. Trying to find parking and the location of the building was a complete headache due to the road closure. With that being said The host was very helpful in helping us find the location and very responsive. Once we found parking we were able to enjoy our stay. The place is very cute, clean, and well stocked.”

“The town house was new. The biggest problem was the heat the furnace was upstairs where the bedrooms are. The living room and kitchen were cold, and it was extremely hot upstairs and there was only one zone. Also, no shades or curtains except in one bedroom and they were shear, we felt exposed. The primary bedroom had no pillowcases and we only had two bath towels. Suggestion put a gas heater in the living room. Overall it looked worn.”

“We had a really nice time at the house. It’s only a little more than a mile to downtown Philly. We used Uber for all our trips downtown and that was easy and fast. Maybe 15-20 minutes. There were only two of us so the bedrooms worked out fine. We both slept well while we were there. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. My husband has a little difficulty walking and the stairs were a challenge although the handrails were really nice. It has a toilet on two of the floors but the downstairs toilet……

“Very warm welcoming and great place to stay at mostly definitely recommend if you come down to Delaware!! My friends and I enjoyed it , we are planning to stay there again soon !!!”

“14 of us stayed here for a secluded bachelorette weekend in nature and it was truly a dream come true. The home is beautiful and comfortable for a large group, it didn’t even matter that it rained the entire time! We even canceled some of our day plans to stay and enjoy the house. The only minor down side was the water heater struggled keeping up with 14 woman’s daily hygiene needs. Overall, everything was so wonderful and Eric was very pleasant and accommodating. If you stay here you will never……
