This hotel was absolutely fantastic! Conveniently located across the street from the train, you couldn't ask for more. You could shop, eat, bowl and more all in the hotel! I highly recommend!

I was a bit skeptical of how we were going to enjoy our stay after reading some past reviews but after staying at the Shinegawa Prince Hotel for 4 nights I can pleasantly say that we had a great experience. The location is perfect as a train station was a minute away and there's a 7/11 on the main floor near the exits. The area around the hotel is clean with shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was great as well, they had both Japanese and Western items on the menu. The staff we dealt with were helpful. Would definitely recommend to people looking for a place to stay in Minato City.
