“Hotel was nice but service was very unfriendly. No smiles, and snooty to be quite frank. Location was excellent but probably won’t book here again. ”

“They don’t gave me the body wash lotion. Not very clean, but the breakfast was good . I booked a bay view, and they didn't ask me if I wanted a balcony. There were only three rooms without balconies, and my room didn't have a balcony. They should have asked me in advance”

“We arrived at the hotel at late night. When my car was about to turn left on the corner, several staffs started to gather at the entrance to get ready to greet us. One got my car, one took care of our luggage, and another took us to check in. The whole thing was smooth and made us feel warmly welcomed. The hotel was stylish and nicely decorated. Across the street there was a roof top pool, it's cold but we were able to enjoy a clear skyview on the roof. The location is perfect, right across……

“Discovered Carpinteria quite by accident while road-tripping. It has much of the charm of Santa Barbara at half the price. From brewery to dinner to breakfast we found great food and a lively atmosphere. The hotel was attractive, the staff friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking and is walkable to downtown. Most rooms have a balcony. Ours was over a lovely courtyard. The beds were quite comfortable. I would stay here again when visiting the area.”
