“Cute 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit above 2 car garage. We stayed here for our daughter's graduation from Washington University St. Louis campus which was only a 15 min drive. Overall, unit was great. Brian is a great host and very responsive. Unit states it sleeps 6 but in reality it sleeps 4. When I originally booked unit I stated we had 3 guests but it turned out my daughter from Maryland ended up going with us so we had 4 guests. I didn't mention anything about this since I thought there was……

There was plenty of space for all 5 of us to spread out and relax. We never felt like we were crowded or had too little privacy. “We had a solid experience at Arthur's place. His instructions for check-in and all other processes were very accurate and user-friendly. One suggestion we have is to fix the bathtub faucet.”

“My friends had a good time on our weekend stay. The neighborhood and neighbors were really nice. The outdoor area was a bonus, we liked the patio and yard space for outdoor activities. The house had everything we needed and were even provided extra toiletries. My only complaint would be the sleeping arrangements, the pull out bed wasn’t comfortable but we doubled up on mattresses and it worked out fine.”
