“アクセスの良い地下鉄駅に近く、快適に旅行出来ました。”

“Hotel location and facilities are excellent. However now charging €12.00 for tea/coffee facilities in the room. The rooms no longer have individual iron/ironing board either. Not very convenient for a business traveller.”

Not professional and get the wrong source and get confuse himself many times even told and written to the reception of order numbers.The WiFi and facility does not explain on reception, only told customers to pay money on everything. Also confuse of bed sheet price and ask more to pay right away. Not friendly, not professional. The emergency exit may need to consider!!!!!”

“整體飯店的服務還不錯，但是在第二天晚上一整晚房間上方都有機器操作的聲音非常吵沒辦法睡覺，打給飯店人員也沒辦法解決，一直到半夜12點多才停下來，這樣的問題嚴重影響房客休息應該要解決．”

“圍巾遺漏在飯店，發信過去也打了多次電話聽到英文卻將我放在等候不接，重打多次還是不接，服務態度不好”

“A nice place to stay. It took us some time to find the hostel. The lobby is dated.but the staffs are friendly and glad to help. The room is clean and spacious,the best part is its laundry room. in addition, there is a bus stop near the hostel,very convenient. ”

“整體而言算還不錯 房間空間夠大可以開兩個29吋行李箱整理 浴室蓮蓬頭水壓很大 只是我們住的房間比較裡面通風比較差 六月初25-30度白天真的有點熱 離車站有點距離 是個小車站 東西多又重的話不太建議 但是車站對面有REWE超市很方便 早餐選擇還算多 櫃檯也滿願意幫忙 房間內有很小很不冷的冰箱”

“Gute Unterkunft, großes und modernes Zimmer. Sehr umfangreiches und leckeres Frühstück. Nur ist der Weg vom Hotel zum Strand länger und beschwerlicher als erwartet. ”

“Das Hotel liegt direkt neben der Hochbahn - deswegen ist es sehr laut. Das Parkhaus des Hotels hat zu wenig Parkplätze - wir hatten aber Glück und konnten an der Straße parken. Der U-Bahnhof und Busbahnhof sind in unmittelbarer Nähe - das war perfekt. ”

“Beim Empfang, wir waren um ca.13uhr im Hotel wurden wir mit den Worten-das Zimmer ist noch nicht fertig begrüßt-wenn wir aber Mitglied werden wollen bzw. bezahlen wollen sind Zimmer verfügbar??, kein Wort wie war die Anreise etc.-so wie wir von anderen Hotel´s kennen bzw. manche sogar früher das Hotelzimmer zur Belegung frei gaben. Ansonsten war kein Kontakt zum Empfang. Am Zimmer lag eine Information, das keine tägliche Reinigung durchgeführt wird-aus Nachhaltigkeitgründen-kann man natürlich……

“The hostel is next to the train station. The room is new and tidy. Although the bathroom is a bit small, it is clean. The hostel has a lot of hygiene measures during the covid-19. The staff are nice and give a lot tourist suggestions in Hamburg.”

“Nebenkosten sind schon sehr sportlich. TG 27.-€ . Frühstück ist okay, aber jetzt auch nichts besonderes. Dafür dann auch 27.-€ völlig daneben. Restaurant hat Donnerstag nur Büffet für 25.-€ . Kleiner Imbiss (Salat etc.) nicht möglich. Kühlschränke zum Self Service im Bereich Rezeption : Flasche Bier 5,49 / Tüte Erdnüsse 4,49.- . Die Lage (ohne weitere fußläufige Gastronomie) wird schon gnadenlos ausgenutzt. Aber gut beim nächsten Male weiß man Bescheid......... Ansonsten modernes, sauberes Hotel……
