Comfortable bed and staff was communicative via texf and easy to get a hold of if I had any questions or if anything needed to be fixed. “Good location, clean space. The room is very small, “studio” alluded to at least a little living space but this is a small bedroom. There is only a few feet around the bed in the room. I called to request early checkin & was told they would text me hourly before 4 pm to let me know if the room was ready. They never let me know and then when we left the cleaners arrived before our 10 am check out. 2 codes required, one is 10 digits long. In my opinion a hotel of comparable cost would provide more……

What is special about it is the spaciousness and nicely decorated rooms including very comfortable beds and linens . “This is our second time to stay at this property. The location is perfect. Just a couple of minutes away is a little grocery store that has everything you need. And every evening a taco truck is parked there. The cottage is so cute, spotless and is well equipped. We love sitting on the front patio enjoying drinks and a meal. The street is so quiet and peaceful, it’s the perfect place to end a busy day. We are already planning our next Santa Barbara get away at Costa Vida Cottage.”
