“This spacious one room apartment with bathroom is great for someone who does not want to stay in a traditional hotel/motel setting. It is quiet, clean, independent, safe with 24/7 armed security guards, controlled access. Easy access to roads was awesome. It has a park walking distance. Check-in and check-out was painless and quick. Communications with the owner via WhatsApp was consistent and pleasant. Services were offered. Privacy was great. Room had smart TV, wifi, AC, shower had water……

“From the very start of booking, communication was excellent and fast in responding. We arrived with what felt like VIp service and security. They were very thorough in explaining everything from the location of kitchen supplies, how to use code to lock and enter the house as well as gates. The minute we pulled in you see a beautiful courtyard, the house and a firpit with seating. Three bedrooms spacious with 3 full bathrooms. Large kitchen and dining area. Super clean!! You walk literally 20……

“We arrived later in the evening. The owner was very accommodating and met us at the property with our keys and let us in. The house is beautiful and spacious. Enough space to relax and inside parking so you don't have to worry about your vehicle. Everything you need is available including towels, dishes ,coffeemaker,refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven.It was nice having a washing machine as well.The hot water was a bonus! We will definitely be recommending this property to our family and……

“The place is very clean, but they have a list of items to charge if broken or lost and it is obvious but for example, $15 if the key of the room gets lost, really? Also when we checked in, the receptionist was not very friendly, but besides this, everybody else was super nice and the place is beautiful. ”
