“This stay was a mixed bag for our group of 4 kids aged 6-15 and 5 adults. Our check in process was not smooth but the owner was apologetic and tried to make it right. And I feel for the owners because I am sure the issues are not so much neglect as not completing repairs after the hurricane. Still, the pictures do not reflect the current state of the home. “Casa Leone is a little private paradise. The view of St. Barts and Guana bay are the best. The property is very private even though your neighbors and the pool are only a few steps away. The accommodations are not perfect having weathered numerous hurricanes and the relentless wind and tide, but they are well cared for and perfectly functional. We appreciated the brand new A/C units, dual bathrooms, and an additional bedroom suit that would easily accommodate another couple or a small family if……

“We stayed in the "penthouse" villa, which was fantastic. Clean, modern, well-appointed, large. Great housekeeping, friendly staff, convenient amenities. The area itself is a bit away from things so you have to want that, which we did.”

“I loved that our room had a beautiful ocean view. The beach was clean and had no seaweed but it is a public beach so there is no drink service on the beach. The restaurants were fine overall since I’ve stayed at other all-inclusives which the food had been cold. Room service was good. It was the only black coffee that tasted really good. “Service was always with a smile. Gaat location, close to so much! Variety of place to eat. The employees...... they early made the stay for us! We received 5-star treatment (Go VIP) started with the frozen washcloth and glass of champagne when we were checking in. Did I mention the 4 regular size bottles of Vodka, Gin, Whisky m and Rum in oar room? That was ll yours to keep nether the less. We will be back to St. Maarteen and we will be staying here! ”
