“While I enjoyed my stay, there were two separate altercations . Starting with coming back to our room and there were a pair of socks that didn’t belong to us in the bathroom . I called to inform them about the situation as I felt unsafe . I wasn’t sure who or when was there someone else in my room. The person on the other line told me that there would get the manager to come and assist me with that uncomfortable situation . THEY NEVER SHOWED UP , waited at least for 30 mins while they had said……

“Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. "Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I will definitely recommend stay here for the beach view and relaxation. The ocean front view is 10/10, Hospitality is 8/10. Overall experience including room service and cleaning is like a 7.5/10. My bed sheets had some stain, and when I order room service, instead of a proper full experience room service cart, They just gave us like to go boxes and some plastic forks and spoons, I kinda was expecting a more formal luxury room service experience. "
