“Great location! We walked out to the beach and pier several times each day. Home is spacious and in good condition, online photos and descriptions are accurate. The home is a little noisy as the stairways are open - on the first floor we could hear folks talking on the third due to open stairways. Rooftop balcony is great for picnics and enjoying the view. Would definitely stay again - good value.”

“It rained during our stay but the kids didn't mind as there was plenty to do at the home. My dogs enjoyed roaming the backyard and going for walks in the neighborhood.”

“Great Location. Only a few minutes walk to the beach/Pier. Walk to restaurants and a great Donut shop, Surfside Donuts. Kitchen was well appointed. Had everything we needed to make an easy dinner. House was very clean, beds were comfy. Parking spot was great but there was plenty of street parking when we were there. Small but private outdoor space.”

“We came in with two sets of grand parents to attend an event in San Luis Obispo. House was very easy to find, walkable to the beach. Fins Bar & Grill by the beach had a local band performing. Morning breakfast at Station Grill, the place was perfectly located. Everyone slept well in each King Bed. All the basic amenities you would want for a little getaway.”

“Here is my review and I would give the rental 4 stars. I would expect some nice amenities in order to give them 5 stars and this place had the bare minimum so didn't qualify for a top notch review. Nice, bright and airy space overall. The home was clean and the location is good. The beds are comfortable. The coffee service was excellent. However, there are some deficiencies that should be addressed: house was over-perfumed with plug in air fresheners only 4 ceramic dinner plates in a house……

“This was a great property, with very easy access to beach. Rainy weather was the only downside to the whole vacation but we made the best of it and this property helped. Lots of space and very comfortable beds.”

“Although we enjoyed our stay , it would have been perfect had the toilet in the master bathroom was working properly! We had to wait a day for the problem to be corrected. Also the furniture was a bit low for people who are taller.”

“My family absolutely loved this cute house! The location was perfect for us to travel back and forth to Cal Poly SLO. The beds were comfortable, the shower was amazing, and although we didn’t cook much the kitchen had everything we needed. The hosts were wonderful and communicated well, and check-in (and out) was a breeze. Would definitely come back for another stay!!”

“We enjoyed our trip and our stay at this house was great. The house has plenty of space, the kitchen is fully stocked and has all you need. The overall space was just amazing! The Yard was of course my favorite! (I love outdoor spaces). I loved the privacy we felt even though the main house is just beside the guest house. We had the property to ourselves and really enjoyed the pool and hot tub! For those who are thinking about booking here DO IT!! Oh and bring a camera! I took some really pretty……
