It turned out that Uber doesn't stop at the hotel. The drivers cannot find the hotel. But the front desk never told me the problem. Every time I went back, I was dropped somewhere near or even far from the hotel and I had to figure out how to get there. At midnight of May 22, I had to take three Uber rides to get me close enough to the hotel. The front desk of the hotel should have told every customer the problem. I found it out only on the day I was leaving. I ordered a Uber and noticed that the driver was moving around and didn't come to the hotel. Then I asked the front desk person and he then told me that I needed to wait on another street. That was where I found the Uber. That shouldn't have happened. The hotel should warn every guest about the issue and ask them to order a taxi on a different street, not to or from the the hotel. It made my Paris trip so frustrating and horrible.
