“We met at the beach house from all across the country to celebrate a family wedding. The house was perfect for all, ages 10-85. Plenty of space reunite as a group, as well as finding a quiet space for those needing a time out.”

“Great location 1 block from the public beach access path. This unit is part of a 4-plex and everything was clean with plenty of shower towels, however only 2 beach towels, a bag of beach toys and 2 small boogie boards that didn't have leashes. The neighborhood was quiet, people were friendly, peaceful and relaxing vibe. Parking for one car in the driveway, no garage access, more parking on street. 2 full bathrooms on second floor and a half bath on first floor. Open space between downstairs……

“以前看到过评论说吵，不信邪还是订了这个旅馆。本来预订了两个晚上的住宿，第一天晚上很累，11点倒头便睡。但是半夜12点被突然惊醒，发现是卫生间的水管里发出的冲水的轰隆隆的声音，以为是隔壁的抽水马桶声音，觉得也无妨，一晚上最多两三次吧。可是根本不是这么回事，发现没过10来分钟，水管里就是轰隆隆的，每次刚一睡着，就被弄醒，估计整栋楼的下水道都经过这个房间。后来根本就无法入睡了。早上迷迷糊糊起来去办事，下午2点回来，想想实在不能继续再住下去，就去退房，两天的房费是无法退的了。告知旅馆的印度老板娘房间很吵，她一脸不相信，说要是吵的话，别人会说的，没人说过，是我自己太敏感了。没法说，走路，损失一晚上的旅馆费，改住别的旅馆了。记得好像当时是#2房间，入住的时候要求改到离马路远一点的房间，她说没了，其实后来我发现空房间不少。再也不会选择这个旅馆入住 Supper noisy! couldn't fall asleep for the whole night!”

“We enjoyed our stay. The house was filled with everything you need. In the kitchen they have plenty of plates, bowls, cups, silverware, cooking utensils , pot holders, baking pans, cooking sheets, coffee pot with k cup, seasonings, dishwasher tabs, microwave and a high oven in the wall. The oven was the one thing that was hard for me to use because I’m 5’ 3” and oven is high and you can’t pull out or put in pans from the front of the oven because the counter is in the way. The table at the top……

“I could hear the seals barking the moment I arrived. This house is one block from the beach. I didn’t get a chance to use all of the equipment in the garage, bikes, kayaks, boogie boards, games, etc. the focus of this trip was to go explore the Channel Islands. The location was very convenient to get to the ferry dock in Ventura. There were also some really good restaurants near by. There were three bedrooms which gave us plenty of room for 6 of us.”

“We were only there very briefly overnight… But the host was very flexible and allow us to stay quite a bit later than check out time since he had no one coming. The place was clean and generally quiet”

“For the location price was expected. Out the door to the sand. Checking was easy. Like everyone else I will Note this property needs an interior facelift. Well stocked but couch is stained, the furnishings, cabinets are aged. Big tv on third floor is out of service so you watch a small one that’s in a desk obstructed a pole in floor blocking view. A little money and they could make this a real gem! Ping pong table was a blast. Kitchen/family space was a great size.”
