"I loved everything about this property except the management and security. They had a few good guards but Trevor was discriminatory. He let young white women go in the casino without checking ID but people of color and young white men were made to show ID. This was taken up with management. A couple of other guards did the same thing. They are supposed to aid for people who look under 40 years old but that only applies for some of the guards, depending on how you look. "Amazing stay! Great location couple minute walk to River Park. Close to main attractions. Excellent service, clean and comfortable. Staff went out way to make sure it was great stay. Will be back in stay in area. Highly recommended. "

"I was only here for an extremely short time, but was greeted immediately when I walked thru the door at 3:30AM for check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff all around (front desk, breakfast). My request of needing a first-floor room was even accommodated. My husband and I have stayed here before and will definitely stay again."

"The pool was not working so we were unable to use for our stay. Supplies for room were not up to par. Bar soap was a crumbled up mess and then later the proper supplies arrived on the truck. Male manager super friendly. The blonde shorter female not friendly at all upon arrival. Beds were not the most comfortable I have stayed in but it was only one night so thank goodness for that. Continental breakfast was not too bad. The inn was very clean and fresh all in all ok stay."

"We stayed here for one night after attending a late evening graduation at Western Carolina University. We checked in extremely late but that process went smoothly. The only issue we had was with the TV remote but someone came promptly and fixed that issue. Breakfast was included with our stay. The dining area was kept extremely clean by a cheerful and pleasant staff member. We tipped her very well to show our appreciation. You won't go wrong staying here!"
