"We enjoyed our stay and the view of the river out the back of the RV was great. Expectations of the campground were high for what it actually was. The RVs are VERY close together and the campground is not very nice at all. Host responded quickly to an issue with the heat."

"The only toilet facilities was a porta potty which smelled and looked like it had not been emptied in months. Shower did not have a way to lock the door of the only shower, to keep others out. We did not have cell phone reception because of the mountains and no way to contact the owner. No one was around to check us in."

"We loved the serenity of this property! It was we got an opportunity to see the horses and was so quiet! The trailer had everything two horse moving adults can love!! The owners are amazing ! "The grounds were beautiful! The tents were spaced out, but not so far that they didn't give a community feel. My boys really enjoyed the river access. It was shallow and easy to get to. Everything was well maintained and the grounds were very clean! I definitely recommend this place. It was an awesome experience."

"The kids and I stayed here 2 nights. It was great! We enjoyed the view of a thunderstorm with lightning rolling in the first night, without any water disrupting us in the tent. It was a relaxing sleep that a sound machine cannot duplicate. The beautiful purple and red sunset was positioned perfectly the second night and only affected by the clouds, truly a part of the smoky mountain experience and beyond anyone's control. We could see the Big Dipper clearly and there was no light pollution...

"We did enjoy are stay. The setting is private & peaceful. It would have been perfect except for a few things. There were no reviews when we booked as it was a new listing. There were some important truths missing from the listing at the time. Hopefully it has since been updated so others will know what they are in for & can make a more informed choice. Things to know: there is no electricity. The lights in the pictures are from solar panels; there is a very cool outdoor shower but it is cold...

"My husband and I had an amazing time! The area was beautiful! We literally had everything we could possibly need! We wanted a little getaway from our kiddos and it was perfect.
