“When I made the booking, it is a two bedrooms room. However, the design of this room is strange. It has one big door and has two doors on left and right. It just like a two separate rooms. My kids are small and cannot accept this room type. However, I get upgrade for my room type and live in a house that is great. “Great to be off the main st, but close enough to walk to several cages and restaurants. Quiet from traffic noise, but noise does travel between rooms and hallway. Mattress was most comfortable I've ever had in a motel. Staff were great, facilities modern and clean, parking is secure. There is a small slow lift, but not sure what you do in a fire. Would have liked a second arm chair so we could both sit to watch TV at night. Had TV though, a stereo, aircon was quiet on economy setting, microwave,……

“I have just come back to Melbourne and looked at my bank statement and I have been overcharged for parking $5 per day. On wotif it’s advertised as $10 and I was charged $15 per day. Also our room was never serviced and we stayed 2 nights however it’s advertised it’s done daily. Neat, clean and tidy apartment -”

“There’s building house construction right on the cross street, everyday 7am will do the construction and it’s really noisy (and even till 9pm sometimes). Besides the noise problem, the room itself is really comfortable and clean”

“The unit was spacious and very clean. The cleanest shower I’ve ever seen! The kitchen was well equipped. Comfy bed with blockout drapes. Heater was effective as the weather was wet and cold. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for a dated style of accommodation/decor. Lake access very picturesque and outdoor area would be enjoyable in warmed weather. Would really have appreciated a paved path across grass to our room to avoid sodden trip from car park, as we arrived in a downpour, but……
