“Suite was spacious & perfect for a family -seems there was mold on baseboards & walls which needs attention as well as stains on the pullout couch -other than that it sufficed our needs ”

“It's not the highest but not lowest. The rooms were fine we were next to the pool that was bad but holiday weekend lots of kids. We stayed because it was walking distance to the ocean center. Grandkids graduating. The place next door had great food. All in all not a bad place ”

“Me and my girlfriend was very sceptical, but was only staying one night. As I know this is a very old hotel, I stayed here 25 years ago. But gave it a chance on short notice and was not disappointed at all,,For the age!! Recommended to a few of our friends. And will be back.”

“Overall, the room and hotel were good. The room was very clean and comfortable. The smell of weed was noticed, but only so much a hotel can do about that if it's outside. Ordered a burger from the Tiki Bar that took a very long time to get, but it was good. I wouldn't order that food again. The breakfast did look good and I will make time for it next time. I would definitely return for a second stay.”

“Our room was located in front of the elevator and ice machine. We heard ice dropping all night long as well as people in the hallway that sounded like they were in our room. Only one pool was available due to renovations and we were alerted after the reservation. Smooth check in. ”

“This property is a converted motel with an excellent location in New Smyrna Beach. Just walk across the street a way and you are at the beach! We enjoyed our stay there. Jeremy was very responsive to our needs. (One of us was staying on the couch and needed a blanket, and there weren't any hangers in the closet, so he brought them by). However, the sofa couch was a torture chamber for my adult daughter. She barely slept the whole time we were there. And as a cook, the kitchen was just a……

“Had a wonderful time at New Smyrna Waves. Our unit was clean and perfect for our girls' weekend. We felt safe and were able to walk to a restaurant right near us or take a 10 minute drive to many other restaurants. The pool was awesome (so clean for being right on the beach!). The area was very quiet at night. Would highly recommend New Smyrna Waves”

“It was as advertised except listed 2 bedroom with 2 bath. There is only one bath. Another shower is available in another building.”

“It was a beautiful little condo. Nothing fancy but for my boyfriend and i it was perfect. Came with 2 beds and a small tv. It was right outside the pool area which was actually really nice and a little pourch of your own. Glad we booked with coastal waters. Thank you for a nice stay.”

“Family gathering it was just what we needed”

“My husband and I had a WONDERFUL trip to New Smyrna Beach and stayed here for almost 2 full weeks. We could walk to Canal Street and access back to Flagler or the beach was easy using the Causeway. We brought our dog and using our truck as the "fourth fence" were able to enjoy evenings with him in the backyard. Owner was very responsive! This is definitely a "home" rental, not just a house!”

“Convenient location. The main floor was really cute and just about anything you might want, they provided it. The mattresses were okay, not great. Good water pressure in the main bath shower. The ac on the main floor was awesome. The living room furniture was comfortable. There's 4 tvs on the main floor. The fans were a nice addition for sleeping. There were ample dishes, glasses, towels, etc. We looked at the shared pool area. It was clean and the pool looked nice. It was nice to have a private……
