“The Mrs. and I needed a relaxing stay on the beach and this place hit all the marks. Location was fantastic and condo was charming, clean and had great views of the morning sunrise over the ocean. Easy checkin and property management was fantastic and worked with having our pups with us. We’ll definitely be staying again.”

The space was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and is PERFECT for a couple. I wouldn't recommend for a family, but it was exactly what my husband and I wanted. The Murphy bed was super easy to set up and very comfy. The host was very responsive, had all the basic necessities provided - even a surprise bottle of wine (& wine opener). We cannot wait to return!”

“As the other reviewers have said, she needs a little love. But that did not detract from our stay at all. We are all about the covered porch looking out at the pool & the ocean! The unit was clean, check in could not have been easier. Elevator right up to the front door. The beds were great, we had very good night's sleep after returning from fishing & beaching all day. “Great spring break trip with the condo and pools right on the beach. Daughter spent time in the sun while son chose to go fishing. Short way to Fernandina Beach with good restaurants and boat tours of the Amelia and St John’s Rivers. Not too crowded or spring “break-ee” - we will likely return. Condo was great and the property management team was very helpful!”
