"Every thing was great local people were great a few issues were addressed immediately the only complaint was after arriving at the property at 10 pm I had to walk over 1 mile to get the key if the keys could have been left at front desk then everything would have been fantastic"

"The house was better than the photos! We felt lucky to have found this special mountain location for our family to reunite and enjoy some beautiful ski days. We cooked breakfast and dinner most days in the well stocked kitchen. David is easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this place."

"Nice set up. The side porch door would not open. We had it open then would not reopen. Both decks were very dirty and in disorder. Had to clean them just to sit outside. Could use some more basics in kitchen like spice rack, foil, cooking oil, sponges to clean pots and pans. . There is not enough lights in bedrooms. Bedrooms need a chair in them. Just ruining mattress without a chair in there. Some bathrooms had loose fixtures, toilet paper holder, facet handles loose. Not enough Wash cloths."

"We enjoyed our stay in Leadville at this property. The house was quaint and cozy. The first night we had difficulty with the tv and the owner took care of it very quickly—a new tv was installed!! It was super handy to have a washer and dryer in the house too. It snowed during our stay so having a shovel available was also helpful. The owner even came by and shoveled more while we were out. Highly recommend High Mountain Pies for pizza and Before and After for coffee or cocktails. We had a...

"We went during seasons so many of the amenities were closed or under maintenance. They do charge a resort fee, but the manager was very accommodating and did reverse the fee because of the situation. Management and front desk were very kind and communicative. Great location to skiing and town."
