"Our trip to Saugatuk was wonderful. But the penthouse was spectacular. If u r lucky enough to stay, it will b one of the highlights of ur trip. The clean, well appointed penthouse was real luxury. The rooms were a generous size, the beds were cozy, and the big dining table was perfect. The huge deck overlooking the water was amazing. Would give this property my highest recommendation."

"Electronic check in not too shabby. If found smoking on property $1000 fine , excessive. No one around a plus. If you need something though their help service number doesn't seem to be 24/7 even though they connect you with someone in another country. Don't expect to make changes easily. "Great place, good room, clean and attractive. A bit of a challenge to get into the hotel since you need codes for entry and room. Once we figured everything out it was very good. Had a great laugh, the pillow chocolates must have been there for a while, when we opened them they were grey! This is not a dealbreaker by any means, but it was quite funny. Everything was very clean and the room was excellent. We’d stay here again. A suggestions: shower needs a shelf of some sort to hold things,...

"We stayed with our 2 young children and dog to go to Roscommon Zoo and have a little getaway. The owners were easily available for questions. The common areas were very comfortable and the outside hangout was really enjoyable. It felt secluded with surrounding woods which was extra relaxing. My 4 year old loved running down the hall and they even left treats for our dog :)"
