“Photos of the property are not updated to this time, the appearance of the buildings makes it feels unsafe at night but it’s not. Overall, the staff was super nice and attentive. The room was pretty good and comfy and we had a good breakfast. ”

“We went on a long weekend and the check lines were quite long, but the people in the front desk were very patient to check us in. They even accommodated our request to have the 2 rooms close and helped downgrade from family suite to the standard suite.. The resort was very convenient to go to the universal, shuttles were running constantly and they had so many food options in the food court. The pools are very clean and you can even buy floating tube for lazy river which you can use there and……

“I booked this for my friend and took the tour with him. Very homey and has kitties 😻. Everyone was nice and the host was very friendly and accommodating. Bed was very comfortable (according to my friend who stayed there) and me sitting on the end of it. Has a TV and small fridge in the room for drinks or cool snacks. ”

“The staff were really nice and helpful. We were able to leave our vehicle parked there and shuttle to the port (for a fee of course) while we went on a cruise. Our carpet in the room had been shampooed which was good, but the carpet was wet and we had to keep our shoes on. ”

“Friendly staff. Clean room. It served its purpose. I did have to get the front desk person to help open our door the first time. You had to quickly yank the door handle up as soon as the keycard activated the lock. It was just kind of annoying. The bedside lamps didn't work either but not a deal breaker for us. ”

“Had a great time relaxing in this quiet neighborhood just off the main strip. The dock was excellent and nicely shaded, the family of manatee in the channel was very entertaining.”

“Great views, awesome location, decent room. Definitely a great option if you’re looking to enjoy the beach and local attractions. While the room and shower were on the smaller/older side, everything was clean and comfortable. Definitely some of the better accommodations in the neighborhood. Grounds were nice, parking was a little tough but safe lot, off the street. Air conditioner was ICE cold which is nice on a 99 degree day. Wouldn’t recommend the food downstairs tbh, but the drinks were……
