"Global City has been well developed and is beautiful. Looking forward to the next visit. The Shangri La is located in a great place for shopping and eating. "
"The Makati Diamond is always a pleasure to stay at. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The breakfast on the top floor is not to be missed if you like filipino cuisine. I look forward to my next stay."
"Lovely hotel with a lot of security (guard, sniffer dog, bag screening at entry). Very “grand” decor, and views out to the water. The rooms are a good size, showers have great water pressure, comfortable bedding, and features like blackout curtains. "

"This property was outstanding from start to finish. A young lady named Las took care of our check-in. She was a true blessing because she told us all of the best areas to go eat, was super fast with checking us in, and made sure that we were helped with our bags. She asked us if we needed assistance with anything st all to just let her know. Our room was cleaned by Echo, who did an absolutely amazing job of cleaning our room. When I say cleaning, I mean spotless. It made the whole room feel so much more comfortable. The breakfast food selection was truly a delight and the serving staff were extremely attentive. Upon check- out, Ana and Lea were very courteous, professional, fast with the check-out, arranged for our taxi, and truly wanted to know if we enjoyed our stay. I will never stay at another property while in Manila. I highly recommend this hotel for it's staff, cleanliness, comfort, and superior location. "
